- The free-run juice is quickly separated by static draining of the crushed grapes to get the finest part of the juice, pale in colour and low in material extracts for developing elegance.
- Slow, cool alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.
- About a year.
- Rosewood colour with salmon highlights, followed by very elegant notes of fresh citrus fruit on the nose. The supple, soft mouthfeel gives this wine delightful balance and a lingering, delicate finish. Served well chilled, this refreshing wine will enhance any dish, from salad starters to meat dishes or barbecues and cheese.
